Numbers numbers numbers...

Did a test run with some numbers for the 2015 ORC Rating. New mainsail and the Code0/1 as a "headsail set flying". Took the numbers from the old IRC/ORC certificates... They might not be 100%, need to get them checked when we do the actual measurement (once all the stuff is installed etc..)

So the GPH came to 594,5. The FINLYS would propably be around 1,36.

 

Name/Logo for the boat

Anna got the logo done. I think it looks good, well see how it fits the transom.

Just asked Miguel, the guy looking after the boat, to remove the old name. Weather in Valencia has been gusty up to 60 kts. (and cold). All the works on the boat are in progress and going well. If Miguel sends me some pictures I try to report something here as well...

Remaining vinyls needed are the registration number and port of registry. I wish I could leave those out, but I think there is no way around those. Home port is not necessarily required, you may choose either home port or club.

New electronics: B&G H5000 Hercules

Nav. Station got Zeus2 MFD that can be used as a chartplotter when not running the PC w/Expedition or just simply as a display for NMEA 2000 Data. System will have GoFree wireless which replicates the MFD's screen to a Lenovo tablet over wifi.

Above companionway will be two Graphic displays for controlling mast displays and display of few lines of data each.These old holes from the Raymarine ST290's will need to be filled and new holes cut... Below a picture of the new graphic display.

Four 20/20 HV Displays at the mast... Exact location is yet to be determined..

Then a bunch of sensors of course..
